Marián Hanzely issues these transport terms under Slovak Act No. 56/2012 Coll. on Road Transport, the Civil and Commercial Codes, and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. These transport terms form part of any offer to conclude a contract of carriage and, once the contract is concluded, govern the rights and obligations of the parties.
